remove keychain login message

I didn't have option to choose Snow Leopard for OS in your questionaire, so chose Leopard. But this question pertains to 10.6.3. In prepaing a new image for our photo lab, I created a new customized default user and copied it to English.lproj. Everytime a new user is created and logs on for the first time they get: "The system was unable to unlock your login keychain" and presents 3 options none of which work for us.

Other admins are experiencing this with network and local logins. I found this thread: http://www.mac-forums.com/forums/os-x-operating-system/189476-removing-keychain-login-message.html

Since we are a school lab hundreds of students will be logging in with their individual ids. Not only will they be met with this prompt but even if they reset or change the login, it will not hold since we use Deep Freeze. According to one admin, it doesn't work anyway...

Thanks in advance for any help you can give!
