Removing Lion 10.7.2 from part of my MAC

I have been told that I am able to uninstall Lion for certain programs in my case Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign from my computer while still allowing it run everything else. I am not able to use these programs since the update and I need to be able to without uninstalling the entire update
