Retail Geforce2 MX400 Card

Hi! I'm thinking of buying a Pine Excalibur Geforce2 MX400 with 64MB VRAM and TV/Out.
I heard that there's no need to flash this card if you have the latest firmware in you G4. I have a G4/400 Gigabit Ethernet, and I was wondering if someone has any experience with this Video Card...

I also wanted to know if it works with QuartzXtreme!! (i suppose it does)

Also you can look at http://www.xlr8yourmac.com in the video card section... In fact, I talked with someone who has this card and says it works great! So I think Im gonna buy it!
