Returning Goods bought on the Internet

I'm trying to return a product I bought on the Internet. The way I understand it, in the UK you are allowed a cooling off period of 7 days before you are disallowed from returning a product. Well, the company that I'm trying to return the product to seems to be ignoring my emails (!!).

Any one know of any trade bodies/government agencies to contact to report on them? Bear in mind, this is for the UK.
 
That's for British Columbia. Now, you can't tell me you think that's part of the UK ;)
 
Yeap it's the wireless adapter. And bobw, I've sent them a few emails, but I haven't called them yet. Will probably do that later in the day.
 
I've just placed it in my girlfriend's laptop. She'll be getting a wireless connection at her house soon, so at least it's being put to good use.
