Am looking for some tests, benchmarks and reviews about the tibook 1ghz with superdrive.

Did anyone find such articles yet?

Well, you could check out MacHome Journal or MacWorld. If they did any benchmarks on it, it should be on their web site.

Is it possible there are no tibook 1ghz benchmarks on Machome and macworld? Didn't find any reviews or articles.
Howcome it's so hard to find anything about the new powerbooks? Apple still probs to deliver?
I am about to spend 3000$ and I would like to spend some more thoughts on it...

They are still fairly new, so places may not have had a chance to review them yet. For example: MacWorld hasn't done a review of the iBook since the 500MHz model.
There is, however, a review on cnet , with some pretty detailed benchmarks under Performance.
I have, in the past, found cnet's reviews to be very good, so you can probably trust whatever they say.
