Running ActiveX on Mac via VMware Fusion 3.0

I have just installed VMware Fusion 3.0 and Windows 7.

I am trying to Use IE with ActiveX controls enable so that I can take advantage of the datasheet view within Sharepoint.

Having installed both apps I still do not seem to have ActiveX running.

Any ideas how I can get ActiveX on my mac?
