I am designing an iWeb site for a band and I need the music to keep playing even as I click on the other pages. That way when someone is viewing our website, the music will continue to play even as the browse the site.

Once you click to get to a new page, that's where the browser goes. With normal html that means any music you had on one page will quit playing as you aren't any more on that page but a new one.
There are two ways you could do to keep the music: 1) use frames, and set the music to be from the part of frame that does not change, or 2) use entirely flash so there's no changing page.
Flash would need something else than iWeb; frame looks like a possibility with iWeb. But whichever option you'll go with, please give an option to mute the sound - some people will always be browsing somewhere where the sound is an interruption, or have multiple pages with sound open.
