Scanner not found

Hi,

I have a SnapScan from Epson that is connected to my computer at all times. When I start up ScanWise to scan something, it cant find my scanner. It has in the past, but cannot now. I have restarted a number of times and cant get it to work together. What do I need to do to let Scan Wise recognize my computer?

If it used to work but doesn't work now, then you changed something. Change it back. The simpliest way to change it back is to reinstall the software which shipped with your scanner.
