Secure Websites

I recently changed ISPs from my local cable company to a new DSL provider. Since then my MAC will not access secure websites.

I have contacted the ISP, I have logged into the router and can't find anything that looks out of the ordinary, and I took my Mac to the Mac Genius at the Apple store. By the way, the macbook worked just fine using the wifi network at the apple store.

It also worked just fine when I connected via Ethernet to the DSL modem. It does not work wifi or ethernet to the router. It is the same router that I had with cable internet that worked fine. I have not tried plugging into the passthrough port on my voip phone modem (which I got at the same time as the DSL). That modem is between my dsl modem and my router. I will try that tonight.

MY PC access all sights without issue.

I have tried Safari, Firefox, and Goggle Chrome on the macbook all with the same result. I am at a loss.

Could the voip modem be my problem. Or is it a dsl - router - mac combo issue. It is a linksys n router.

***I did test my macbook connected via ethernet to the voip modem - it works fine.

It is only aiport or ethernet to the router that will not access secure websites.

Please help
