Securing a hard drive in the PowerMac G5?

I had to take out my hard drive in my PowerMac G5, but now when I go to put it back in it just hangs there even when the slider (that says A) is pushed over. Is there some kind of trick to keeping it from sliding up and down? I've tried putting it in both the A and B slots.

Look for hard drive replacements instructions on Apple. I'm not sure what model you have, so you may have to search yourself. Here's a guide:

Any idea where to get the screws they're talking about that go on the sides of the drive? I have an extra drive that needs to be installed. It looks like they are large with rounded heads.
