Why is it that in order to send someone a gift certificate for the ITMS that you have to download iTunes and register an Apple account? This doesn't make sense. Not everybody that wants to send someone a gift certificate for the ITMS is going to want to use it themselves! You folks at Apple are setting yourselves up for failure here, especially when it's so close to Xmas. You need to fix this and fix it fast, or else you're not going to sell very many gift certificates, make no mistake about that. You need to make it so that people who want to send iTunes gift certificates to their loved-ones can do so at www.itunes.com, without downloading the software and without having to register an Apple account of their own. And do it now, please, get this fixed before Xmas, before it's too late!
