Setting A Scratch Disk In iMovie?

I'm running short of space on my main disk and have a 500 GB firewire drive available. In iMovie, is there a way to define the scratch disk for capturing / importiong video?
 
Yea... I figured out that it packages the video's now. I think the original version did it differently. Either that, or I mixed it up with FinalCut.
