setting up a printer

i have a deskjet 722c that i'm trying to print to. it works off a parallel port (which my imac doesnt have) so i am going for a workaround.

i have it hooked up to my windows laptop and i want to be able to print to it from there. i can do this with other windows computers. i just "share" the printer.

is it possible for me to do this? i've tried the printer panel settings and i cant find anything that would help me.

does anyone have any other ideas? any workarounds that might work for me?
 
You have to set up the pc to share, then set up a user on it. Make sure you are connected in a network, then install the Mac driver for the deskjet.

Since you don't say what OS you are using, I can't give you any further instructions.
