Share fonts on sever?

Hello,
Have fonts on an OSX server. Is it ok for three users to point their ATMDeluxe, using Quark in Classic, and share the same fonts on the server? Notusing Suitcase Server. I think you can read only the fonts on the server butsomeone cannot just delete them because they are in use. Thoughts would be appreciated.

Usually it's legal to use them on different computers, but they can't be used simultaniously. But you'll have to see the license agreement for an accurate answer :)
