I got UnrealTournament 2004 from some friends.
Unfortunately they didn't know I am on mac since almost 2 years, so there is not much I can do with it.
However, before I gonna sell it, I wanted to install it on my windoze box which should be fast enough for a smooth gameplay. There is just one prob: I got a DVD and my pc has just a CD-rom..
My thought: let's just share the superdrive of my tibook and install it over lan. This works fine between winxp systems. But I never tried on mac. When I turned on filesharing, I was able to see all files and copy, but I wasn't able to access the mounted DVD. Actually I just had access to my home-folder. My question: how do I share the mounted devices?
I was even trying to share the mounted DVD using VPC+WinXP, which didn't work either. I just have access to the mac home-directory..
