I have three MACs at home all running 10.4.6, and all running office 2004 for MAC. I would like to be able to share my Entourage Identity such that I can use Entourage regardless of which machine I am on. I tried placing an alias of the Microsoft User Data folder in my documents folder that pointed to the main Microsoft User Data on a shared volume that I have remotely mounted on all my MACs. This volume is serrved by my dual PowerMAC G5. This screwed up my entire user home folder on my PowerMAC G5 which took me a long time to fix (see forum post http://www.macosx.com/forums/showthread.php?t=272118).
I would also like to know if I could make a common set of data files for my Safari and FireFox Browsers for the cookies, passwords, and form fill data so that if I make an addition or change on one system, like adding a bookmark. It would also appear when I use other nodes.
Any suggestions would be deeply appreciated.
Sincerely
Jeff Cameron
