Sharing internet over airport: SSL problems

Hi,
I have a g4 that is connected to a cable modem and has an airport card.
I share the internet connection with a powerbook using airport.
Everything is working fine except when trying to connect to SSL.
All https:// address wont load.
Any ideas on what I can do to fix this?

Check if the firewall is enabled in the Sharing control panel. Try disabling it, or make a rule to allow traffic on port 443.
Eventually get a wireless hardware router. They're pretty cheap nowadays
