this basically covers it all, i had to log out and log in as root and enable my user to have access permissions to login from windows, and you have to turn off and turn on windows file sharing when done, but it seems to work
basically if you make a share it will be \\youripaddress\nameofshare
you will then need to enter name and pass and it should work, i have full file sharing between my computers now
