Sharing other directories/drives (10.2 Server Windows Shares)

So we FINALLY got the Mac for te office server and it is SWEET!!!
Soooo much more powerful and soooo much faster than mines - damn I'm so jealouse now! But NO! I want a PowerBook... heh :p :D

Anyway...
We ordered it with 3 120GB Drives, 1 for the OS, and 2 as a RAID Array (Stripe) where we want to store all our data from the Windows boxes...

Question is...

How can I share the other drive(s) (actually a folder called "fileserver" inside of the "RAID" drive) so the Windows boxes can see them?

Sure you can. You will need to change /etc/smb.conf a bit, but it is definitely possible. See the macosxhints.com website for a recent tutorial.

Actually I figured it out!

I did it through Workgroup Manager.
And it's now set up and configured perfectly - it will take over a PC Server's job on Tuesday! :)

Yeah - pictures are coming soon. :D

Now to figure out what I'm doing wrong with Quicktime Streaming Server... :p :D
