sherlock translation dictionary not available

I need the French to English translation facility on my mac os x jaguar. It was there before but after i have reinstalled i think i did not install the other languages. Now can you please tell me how do i install the dictionary so that i can get french to english translation.

I'm not sure, but I think you can do a Custom Install of the Languages. Take a look at this page and give it a try;
