Shockwave Help

Everytime I try to open the Shockwave installer, it just quits. This actualy happens with about 10% of the other VISE installers I try to to use.

Can somebody zip and send it to me at marceline407@mac.com, attach it, or post a link?

Everytime I try to install shockwave 8.5 i get this message:

1000:5,5000 Access denied error

Any help anyone? Thank you! B-)

I've had this problem with a number of installers. What I ended up doing was creating another user with administrative privelages and installing under that account. Seems to work well for me.
