OK, not OS X specific, but this is such a good support group I thought I'd give it a try.

Does anyone know if the SWF format supports full background transparency? I can't seem to find any info on this. I am using Livemotion, not Flash. I cannot create an SWF that has say a logo in the middle and the background fully transparent. I am forced to make my webpage accomodate the SWF's BG color. This is very restrictive.

Any thoughts?
 
I believe you are pretty much SOL... the only flash player version that supports BG transparency is the Windows IE version. (at least in Flash 5, things in MX and with the 6 Player may be different.
