Hi to all and please !

Why is that wen I type two specific letters in my keyboard followed with the space bar touch the program Text edit complete it with my name.?

How I can do to avoid that?

Do you have some kind of software installed that does autocorrecting with TextEdit? I have Microsoft Word set up to do this with my name, but I wasn't aware that TextEdit could do it. If you installed something that works with TextEdit to do this, maybe you forgot that you installed it. (?)

I didn't know that textedit could do that, but I know for sure that work does. You can turn off auto-complete by following these instructions (from the word help files)

Turn on or off AutoComplete
1. On the Insert menu, point to AutoText, and then click AutoText.
2. Select or clear the Show AutoComplete tip for AutoText, Contacts, and dates check box.
After you select the check box, Microsoft Word will display a ScreenTip when you type the first few characters of a date or AutoText entry, at which point you can insert the entry or continue typing
