Well... what was suppose to not be longer than 6 hours, turned into a 24 hour nightmare that in the end, didn't get us on the new server. Which means we will have to attempt this again. I exhausted everything I had in me.

I was wondering what was happening when the site was not even accessible at all this morning.

Like the others, I waited patiently for the return of my email service. It sounds like the service is back, but not the webmail via the secure server. I need to access my webmail via encrypted, secure access. Will the secure access return?

This is the unfortunate result of the failed migration.

You can access webmail here, and secure webmail here.

You will get a certificate error, however it is still a secure connection.

Do you know why it failed ? Anything we can learn from your experience ?

Don't trust the utilties that come with the web hosting package we use for backup and restore! That is what I have learned.
