slip streaming updates w/ OSX?

With windows you can slip stream new service packs and fixes with the windows CD (if you burn a new copy with the updates) so that you dont have to reinstall all of the updates again when you've reformated. Is there anyway to slip stream updates to OSX with the cd (such as the 10.2.2 update?)
