Slowing down Firefox scrolling

How do I slow down scrolling in Firefox? Scrolling through a webpage with the scroll wheel or the touch pad (with iScroll2) is way too fast. Funny thing is, scrolling is alright in other programs like Safari. Firefox seems to be the only problem, so how do I go about fixing this behaviour?

How do you speed scrolling up when using the Arrow keys, on Firefox?
