Software for determining DVD video formats

I am looking for free or shareware software that will tell me whether an inserted disc is PAL or NTSC and its region code.

I have checked macuptodate and could not find a simple program that will give me this info. I don't want to copy or edit the disc.
Videospec, for instance, will tell you whether the disc is PAL or NTSC but not the region code.
