Interesting, but not really enough info to know if one should be excited or not. In the next couple of years, we're going to be inundated with "digital hub" gadgets from all directions.

What's interesting here is that Sony appears to be focusing on third party content delivery (at least that's what their demo focused on) while Apple is focused on personal content management.

btw, did anyone see the Clie demo, that thing is getting down right portly. Next year it should be almost as big as the Newton ;)
