sony MP3 files to Mac OSX

How to move audio files from the Walkman to the Mac. I have USB cable, no software from Sony. iTunes doesn't see it either. Help! beth
 
Does Disk Utility recognise your Walkman? Does Finder mount it to the desktop? The WM may be formatted in a way that the Mac doesn't recognise it.
