This is a huge update to "Desktop Manager". There have been fixes all throughout each application.

Here are some tips for the application:

- When you press the minimize (yellow) button, all your current open Virtual desktops will go into the corner. To get them back where they were, press the zoom (green) button.

- When you close each window they will do a really cool (IMO) minimization effect.

- If you don't want all four of the desktops to use, just close the ones that you don't want. You can have 1 - 4 virtual desktops.

Enjoy :D Oh yeah, give me some feedback if you feel you can.

before I start running it, does it erase the login items like the last one, or has that been fixed?

Thank god someone has replied :). Well it erases the login items still (I WILL fix this in the future), but the features and bug fixes fixed throughout it are well worth the installation. If you don't want you login items deleted, you can move the files from

Desktop Manager.app/Contents/Application Folder/Desktop Manager.app
to /Applications/

Desktop Manager.app/Contents/Preference Folder/Desktop Manager.prefPane
to ~/Library/PreferencePanes/

Then go to system preferences, and add the app from /Applications/Desktop Manager.app to your login item list. Please!! I need feedback on this one!! Please!!!!!!

Ok, i'm currently using it in Jaguar, and it seems pretty good. comments:

1. switching between Desktops is still pretty slow

2. the desktops all have the same desktop picture, although I chose different one's from the installer and the system prefs

3. it would be cool to show the number in the menubar of which desktop is which

that's it for now

(note: some of these problems MAY be because of Jaguar)

For the slowness, have you tried turning "Animate Switching Desktops" off? (In System Preferences). Also try lower resolutions or thousands of colors.

Yes, I tried it in Jaguar as well, and it doesn't set the desktop pictures (They must have changed the API) so they will all have the same desktop picture if you are running it in Jaguar.

Well I need more feedback about the numbers in the menubar. If more than one person wants it I will probably implement it.

Thanks for trying out my application Xaqintosh! :D
