speech commands window

In my speech commands window i have "switch to install A I M four point five point four ... and many other speech commands for other programs i have installed recently" - how do i delete unwanted speech commands in the speech commands window, i have looked in the speakable command items folder and it is not there

I want to know the same thing. I have installed firefox and everytime firefox is opened it creates another "switch to firefox" command in the command list under application switching. If somebody could give me a little information that would be great... or even the path to the script that I have to change.
