Spotlight in Mail no longer functioning [properly]

I use Mail, and Spotlight is no longer working correctly. This only happens when I search 'Entire Message'. When I search 'From', 'To', or 'Subject' it seems to work fine. Anybody have similar problems?
 
You may need to reset your Spotlight Index. This can be done by opening Terminal (Applications/Utilities) and entering sudo mdutil -E / and pressing return. It should/might ask for your admin password.

Doing this will delete your current Spotlight Index and force it to start reindexing. This usually takes a very long time.
