ssh help please ...

Hi everyone-

I have an iMac and a TiBook. They are connected to each other wirelessly with the iMac acting as the gateway to the internet. I used to be able to ssh to the iMac. yet since upgrading to 10.1.5, I've been having troubles making a ssh connection. Everything is turned on properly in system prefs for both computers. When I try to make a ssh connection to the iMac from the TiBook I get the following:

ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host

Any ideas what is going on here?

Well now that you mention it...

I have /etc/host.allow set up as follows:
imapd : some ip addresses: allow
ALL:ALLeny

The ip addresses include the correct Ip numbers?
