SSH two computer

Ok heres what I would like to do. I have 2 systems at home both running panther. I would like to access both of them through SSH, so I setup port forwarding on my router. SSH port 22 to one computers ip address and SSH port 23 for the other computers ip address.

I have no problems connecting to the computer on port 22, but I cant connect to the computer on port 23. I have edited the sshd_config file to have port 23 and restarted the sevice but no luck. I have used Network Utilities to port scan my system with the ip address giving to it by my router. Port 22 shows up as being open but not port 23 as setup in the config file.

Any help would be appreciated. I just would like to be able to ssh to both my systems outside of my internal network.

Probably, you've set the router to mask the second computer's port _22_ (SSH) to the router's port 23. You've got to set that to 23 (Telnet), too.
