Startup SETI CLI on boot

Anyone know how I can make SETI@home start at boot time when OSX starts up? I wan't to be able to pass it arguments when it starts. Since it doesn't have any type/creator codes associated with it, I can't just place an alias to it in the startupitems folder and have it launch.

I'm sure someone knows of a way to have a script run or something at startup that will start SETI but I have no idea how.

Thanks.
