I've never experienced this problem before, so I'm at a bit of a loss. Over the past few days my G5 Quad has been experiencing numerous kernel panics per day. An it just occurred to me last night what's causing it: static generated by me. It happens when I get up from my desk, When I sit down, if I touch the casing of the computer, and it's even happened when my pinky has hit the metal guide rail the sliding platform the keyboard and mouse are on.
This all seems a bit excessive, and troublesome, and being I've never experienced this I'm not sure how to rectify it before frying something.
