Steve Jobs doesn't replied on my mail

I find him so egocentric. My computer is very difficult to use, but it's cheap. The cube is selling so bad as "let's the dj".
 
Dudes (and Dudettes):

Steve Jobs, the CEO of one of America's favorite companies is not going to reply to an email from one of his customers. He doesn't have that kind of time in the day. He not only manages Apple, but also Pixar, his other baby. He has "other important things to do" in the day. He's probably aware that MacOSX.com exists, but do you really think he reads the forums every day, or even once in a while? Hell no! Someone showed him this website during a meeting. This man has a life. He's not a geek, he's a business man, he thinks all day, making his ideas and dreams into reality like the rest of humanity wishes it could. He has a wife and family and spends time with them, not replying to customer email requests.
 
I got an email from Steve Jobs. Of course, I wrote him using language he could understand... ;)
 
herve, try again, but this time write in dutch so you can say what you really mean. ignore chemistry_geek, he's just trying to rationalize why steve jobs didn't write back to him either:p

steve jobs is not santa claus. there are not millions of kids writing him. i am sure he takes some time to read his mail from time to time or at least the select ones that people he pays filter out.

no doubt jadey wrote a very eloquent email. much better than i could anyways.;)
 
I didn't receive this but I received this strange telephone:
"Halo ik ben Zorro en ik ben mijn paard kwijt."
 
When I emailed him about my issues with his support team, I got a call the next day from an apple executive, belive me, not just a tech... Needless to say, my issue was delt with.
