My standard pointer now has a couple of white lines about twice the length of the pointer floating off to the right of the pointer about 1/4 and 1/2 inch away. I've reinstalled twice (but not from a newly formatted drive) but it's still there. Is the pointer editable in X? Is there an icon resource somewhere in the Library folder that is corrupted? The problem is there even when I'm in Classic.
