I have installed Stuffit 10 under OSX 10.3.
Non-encrypted sitx archive files work ok.
Stuffit apparently creates valid encrypted sitx archive files, because I can unstuff them either with the free stuffit expander 9.0 that came with Mac or with the stuffit expander 10.0 that came with stuffit 10.0,
BUT
When I try to expand an encrypted sitx archive with Stuffit Deluxe 10.0 I get: "An error occured while creating or opening an archive. Unspecified Stuffit Engine internal error (17999)"
I thought of trying installing stuffit as root, did "enable root", "other" does not come up on login screen, so haven't figured out how to login as root yet either.
Help?!?
