Okay, I had a copy from someone else for Office X...we where checking it out till we bought...we went out and bought a 10 user license for Office X...so I threw away my old version of Office X and reinstalled it...it still comes up with my old serial number and anyone else who have done the same it does the same thing...I have tried deleting every file that even mentions Microsoft and I am lost...I tried killing the background database app that runs and restarting it and it still didn't work...I am so lost as to what to do next...anyone out there have any ideas...is there something tht is created modified whatever to fix this...I need to so my other co-workers can use it while I am using it...we have the licenses, but I can't change it...ugh...thanks in advance..
