Suitcase for X trouble, anyone?

Anyone else having trouble or success with Suitcase?

Suitcase for X simply does not work for me in X. Not only that, but it caused enough other trouble to force me to remove it entirely. For me, Suitcase was almost never smart enough to turn fonts on while an App is already is opened. Actually, it wasn't even good enough to turn the font on BEFORE an App was launched! I don't want to disparage this product too much in case it's me or my system, but so far it has not worked at all.

I have used Suitcase 9 under OS 9, so I'm familiar with it. I prefer ATM deluxe for its automatic font activation, but I'll live with Suitcase until auto activation shows up somewhere.
 
Hmm... it works fine for me. No problems. Use it all the time (I have literally hundreds of font libraries).
 
on my dual800 G4. I'm running it with the following apps:
Illustrator 10 (in OS X)
Photoshop 7b43 (in OS X)
Photoshop 6 (in Classic)
Appleworks 6 (in OS X)
Office v. X (in OS X)

So auto activation isn't working for you. What other problems are you having with it? Which apps are you using? Can you be more specific?
