Switch "-" button to "hide" function?

Is there any way (a hack? app?) that would modify the behaviour of the "-" button to actually "HIDE" the window and/or program running instead of just minimize to the dock?
 
Isn't that the one that "rolls up" the window into only showing the title bar ala OS 9 and Stickies?
That's not what I'm looking for... I want it to go away completly and leave no trace on the dock (except for it's running App icon) like using the "Command H" key combo. :p

Too danged lazy to hit the key combo! ;)

It DOES do what I am asking for it seems like! I think I downloaded an earlier version and dismissed it cuz of the "window shade" part - I don't know if it had it before the current version - but I see it DOES indeed hide! :)

Also, on their website I found some solutions to things that are now gone in OSX that irked me (like adding things to the Apple Menu! YES!!!) :)
