well not completely but I am in the processor of going from full time OS 9 to full time OS X 
I bought OS X 10.2 today, installed it, and have been playing with it ever since! I love it. It works, there is FINALLY greek input, as well as greek available systemwide (naming files in greek for instance) which was something I could not do under OS 9 anyway---unless I changed the system font.
I have DVD, I have greek, I have almost everything --- spring loaded folders are back which are nice but minimize in place and folder-tabs are not back (yet) but I am hopeful. DiVX and m2v files play too!! I am in the process of replacing my old software with new versions that are either cocoa or carbon. Now if I can persuade my employer to get me the photoshop 7 upgrade lol (or FCP for that matter lol
