Switching off Apple's Internet Reminder?

I hate the dialog box that keeps popping up saying "Disconnect" or "Stay Connected". I tried to download something overnight yesterday and it disconnected me because of that. Does anyone know how to turn it off? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Open System Preferences... click on "network"... Show: "Internal Modem"... click the "PPP" tab, and then click the "PPP Options" button at the bottom.

From there, you can choose all sorts of connection options, including "Prompt every..."
