Sync OSX 10.2.2 and XP Docs Directory on an iPod

Here is my problem. I have a 10 gig iPod. I want to be able to synchronize the file in the documents directory between my home computer (Mac OSX 10.2.2) and my work computer (Win XP) to my ipod. This way I can take my documents home with me or wherever I go and always have access to the updated files.

I have used Executive Sync on Mac and it is tooooooooooo slow. It also randomly, in my tests, erases files.

Does anyone know of a good setup to do this? I need names on sync programs and any other things that may help in keeping my files synchronized

:p

Currently, I know of no way to do what you just described. Truthfully, I don't think there is a way. For one thing, your iPod won't work on your PC, am I correct?

Yes it will and it does. I use XPlay from mediafour. It pulls it up like a regular harddrive under Windows XP.

The main problem I am having is that when I synchronize it to one machine it works fine but then when I take it back to the other one it will delete files that it shouldn't because it thinks that they are orphaned files
