System Preferences 10.4.11

Basically I accidentally deleted my system preferences app and I need a new copy of it. I do not have my installer disk so I can not pull it from there, does anybody have a system preferences app that they can email me, I have tiger 10.4.11 and my email address is sbielecki416@gmail.com

help will be greatly appreciated! Thank you soo much!
