I am wondering what are the default settings I should be using...Under "proxies" it says config using pac file and under that there is a blank url and below PASV is checked... Must I use proxies at all? Is it secure>? I only ask because lately my macbook has been experiencing issues such as shutting down on its own, not registering my first letter typed (until I double hit the letter), both my battery and charger went bad, and when I run disk checker there are always the same 5 items that show up saying "warning, default settings changed and will not be altered" or something to that effect...
