Ok, this is about Pixar, but there is no such thing as a Pixar forum and there may be people on here who're interested, so,

Take a look at the following trailer for The Incredibles

More specifically, go frame by frame in the section where the mother kicks the bad guys with guns through her daughter's force field.

The bad guy on the right starts flying backwards before the mother's foot touches him.
