Task managing with mac OSX

Do ANYONE know of any software, that can recieve and assign tasks over an Exchange Server??? I have Entourage at the moment – but when I recieve tasks from my co-workers (windows-users) they turn up in my inbox as e-mails! I would realy like to get them in my task list. I would aswell really like to assign tasks for my co-workers!
Can it be true, that there is no software out there – which can do this simple "task"? :o)
 
Amusingly, i am trying to set up the same system at my institution, with quite a lot of difficulty.

There is one piece of shareware called groupcal which will synch calendars from exchange servers with Ical (http://www.snerdware.com/groupcal/), but its pricey for shareware, and a close look shows the developer hasn't been replying to enquiries for about 5 months.

Entourage 2004 claims to be exchange server complaint, but the help files actually say:
"Keep the following in mind:
• Only e-mail messages will appear. Other item types that might be in the
public folder, such as Calendar events or tasks, will not appear in
Entourage."

Here we are considering using Now Up To Date and Now Contact instead as it does allow cross platform synching.

So i guess the answer seems to be no, though if anyoenelse knows of a solution i'd love to hear it!
