Temporary Internet Items

It isn't a folder it is only a "huge" chache file located in /Users/yourname/Library/Chaches/MS Internet Chache and called "IE Cache.waf" or sometimes IE chache.
Maybe you have to start a search with Sherlock in order to find it. I had a problem with the Mac IE chache 'cause some days ago I downloaded a 600MB mpg file using my friends FTP server and IE simply displayed it (instead coping it to my desktop folder). After closing IE I couldn't find this file everywhere but 600mb were wasted on my hd. Considering I've only a G3 ibook first generation, 600MB is a lot *g*...

It depends on which internet browser you're using. I use Mozilla (Netscape) and the files that accumulate on your HD depend on the cahce size you set in the preferences for the browser. In Mozilla or Netscape, the cache files are stored here:

/Users/User_Name/Library/Mozilla/Profiles/default/slt6sitx.slt/Cache/

I don't know where M$ Internet Explorer has its cache files, but they might be here:

/Users/User_Name/Library/Preferences/Explorer/Temporary\ Files/

I think IE has one large file, whereas Mozilla and Netscape have MANY MANY files.
